How do I use BlueMSX?

I’ve been trying to use BlueMSX to emulate SC-3000 games (I have this weird obsession with emulating the most obscure consoles in existence) and I read that I have to put the Database and Machines folders into the bios folder, but it won’t work. I’m not even sure what goes where. Can someone please help me?

Load the core, then read what is in informations->core info for the folders.
When the core is running go into Options and select SC-3000 for the emulated Machine.
Close, then load your rom.

It says “no core options available” in the quick menu. What do I do?

Load a rom first before going into Core Options.
