How do you reset the controls on Mac?

I have downloaded RetroArch on Mac but I screwed up and now all my controls use the z button. I cant access the settings nor find the RetroArch cfg folder. How do I reset the controls?

The retroarch.cfg should live inside ~/Application Support/RetroArch, IIRC.

~/Library/Application Support/RetroArch, actually. ~/Library is hidden by default since Lion but can be accessed by holding down the Option button while the Go drop-down is open.
