How long does the web player take to work?

Is it just my crappy computer? i can’t install retroarch ,now the web player seems to be taking for ever to work. i just wanted to play Shadows of the empire with saves where i want them.

web player should be pretty fast. I just tried to load mupen64plus-libretro in it and it hanged for me, too, so something’s probably up with it.
