Hi, after updating a few cores, I don’t know why but I feel like they’re not working as good as before. Can I download the previous version of those cores via the PPA? Thanks in advance!
No, you would have to download the earlier revision from github and compile it yourself.
Can’t I revert it even if I have a cached package in /var/cache/apt/archives
?
I guess so. If you have the old package lying around on your system, I don’t see why not.
But shouldn’t I downgrade RetroArch as well? Are the version of cores independent?
Cores are independent. With a few exceptions, pretty much any RetroArch version should work with pretty much any core.
I didn’t know that. Thank you for your help, hunterk.
