How do I know if a core was updated, is there a way to know this inside Retroarch? I mean, for example, I’m using picodrive core in version 1.2 (just an example), but it was updated, can Retroarch tell me that it has an update available for download?

OK, thanks for your reply, so, if a core is updated, where can I get information from so I can always get the latest ones, is there a link for that?
Can you see the new version number under the information screen after updating the core?
Yeah, it does appear in the left bottom corner, but in the online updater there is no such indication of what version is available, so we could see if there’s updated cores or not, right?
Would be good if RA was able to relay this info to the user some how so for example if you have the core installed already and then looked in the updater core list and be able to see that there was a newer version available at all
