OK. About 1/3 games on Atari are paddle games and no support? I won’t even ask about Arkanoid paddle for NES then.

You can use Stella in the meantime. It has mouse support and if you are using a frontend it is usually easy to integrate it (i use Stella with Launchbox frontend).
