I can’t get past the mgs1 torture scene on extreme without it.

Under Input > User 1 Binds

The very last option is, “User 1 Turbo”. It is a turbo modifier. Combine it with a button to turn it into turbo while you hold it.

That doesn’t work. I put the o button, but it does nothing.

It’s used as a modifier. In my case, I used Mega Man X 4 and mapped it to R2. When I hold R2 and press SQUARE (shoot) it works as a turbo shot. You have to hold it for it to work. I also noticed that so long as you don’t let go of the button, you can release R2.

Still doesn’t work. I assign it to a button, hold it and a button, but nothing happens.
