I’ve made a custom 70hz refresh rate resolution with my nvidia card which reports correctly on vsynctester and in the monitor’s settings. However, this doesn’t seem to be detected by retroarch. By default, it just tries to calculate the refresh rate as 60hz.
I then tried to manually set it to 70hz. This did seem to allow the monitor to show 70hz in its own settings menu while retroarch was open. However, using the FPS counter, retroarch still shows 60 fps. Loading up dosbox also still shows 60 fps and games are definitely not smooth.
How would I be able to run dosbox at 70hz using retroarch so I can get smooth scrolling?
