I have Retroarch for PC and for Android and I want to emulate PSX games. The thing is that I want to play the same game with my PC when I am at home and with my android device while I’m out. But the saves are different formats so I can’t profit ones from the pc to use them for android. Is there any solution?
If you’re using Mednafen PSX on PC and PCSX-reARMed on Android their saves aren’t compatible I think. PCSX-reARMed isn’t really designed for PC, so it’s not trivial to get working.

Not that I know of, no. If you’re lucky, it might be possible to replace Mednafens 0.mcr files with PSX rearmed’s .srm files if their internal formats are the same, but I’ve never tried that.
