Is there a reason my device is incompatible with the aarch64 version of RetroArch? Is there anything I can do? I have a 2014 (4th generation) Kindle Fire HD 7" on Fire OS 5.4.
I don’t think that device has a 64-bit CPU. All I can find is that it’s “quad-core” but no actually architecture info.
That said, you should be able to install the 32-bit standard APK with no problem. Is there a reason you specifically want the aarch64 build?
That would explain why it doesn’t work. I heard that version was better for N64 games, so that’s why I wanted it.
