I can't write ingame in pc

hello, I have a problem when I want to write something ingame, that is that I load my core, that is ppsspp, then I load patapon 3, and when I press continue, I don’t see anything, only a black screen. And when I selected a save data and I have to write my name, I can’t. Can someone tell me why?
