on CATSFC 1.36(Windows10 Pro x64) / CATSFC Plus 1.36(N3DS)

CatSFC is old an inaccurate for speed. Have you tried it using a more accurate SNES core? Snes9x or bsnes?

Snes9x Next 1.52.4 is slowly and Another Funny Graphics (on N3DS)
