[Idea / Suggestion] Make shaders work like in ReShade

Hello people.

Is it possible to change the working mechanics of the shaders in RetroArch so that they work as in Reshade?

That way, no matter what changes we made to the core’s internal resolution, the shaders would always work.

What do you think? A good idea? Is it possible to implement this?

A lot of effects need the exact resolution of the game to work properly. That means you would have to go in and set that each time you wanted to use the shader on a different game.
