Do you know if there is some way to add Images to Images (default) playlist so then you can see each respective thumbnail on the right side right after that ?
Several years ago, I remember using RA for the first times and I could add up images to this default “Images” playlist on RetroArch.
I could see their thumbnails right away on the right side.
Currently, I have to open up each one of the images with Image viewer, close it, then go back to main menu and I can just see the thumbnail for each image file, but just the ones that have been deliberately opened up with Image Viewer.
Do you know if can apply the early behavior exposed above ?

Edit: For example you view in Settings > User Interface > Appearence > Background image. When you’re about to select an image from X folder, you can see a thumbnail from each one of the images in that folder, in right side. I would like to have the same behavior if you just add up Images to default Images playlist or any other playlist that you make and including only images. Thanks in advance
