Imame4all core - service menu?

Hi,

I’m using this imame4all core:

libretro/mame2000-libretro

It runs fine and I can get the RGUI no problem.

But the issue I have is that I cant get into the MAME service menu at all. Its not a major issue as most options in there arent needed, but if I try some Cave shooters, they seem to boot into the service menu (like Esp.Ra.De) and I cant exit it. (I’m using 0.37b5 romsets)

Anyone know how to access (or quit) the service menu?

For comparison, when I use this non retroarch version:

MAME4ALL-Pi

all I have to do is press “F2” to get to (or exit from) the service menu.

I don’t think that core has a way to access the service menu. It’s a pretty preliminary port and never got developed very far. Try one of the other MAME cores or FBA instead. They have access to the menus (or not) as core options, IIRC.
