Initial Setup Issue

Greetings!

I have downloaded and unzipped the latest build for Retroarch for my Windows 64-bit system. Unzipped and then selected the .exe file. But when I d-click, I get this error:

“The program can’t start because d3dx9_43.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.”

Any help would be much appreciated – I’m eager to play!

But it’s telling me I can’t install it because I don’t have the right Windows. (I have 10 – that’s not listed.)
