It installs, but it is missing controller overlays and even main menu icons for the bottom bar and the back button. It makes it hard to navigate and impossible to play games without a bluetooth controller. I installed the non-iOS9 version right from the cydia repo.
You shouldn’t have to do it, but did you go into the online updater and try fetching overlays and assets?
Updating assets and overlays did indeed fix the issue. I have the Android version as well on a tablet and it did an auto-asset extraction on first launch, so maybe there’s supposed to be something similar happening on iOS but I don’t know how to even check the code for something like that. I’m glad it was an easy fix though.
