Is it possible to map Rewind hotkey as L+R?

I’m playing SNES games with an actual snes controller through OTG: http://www.amazon.com/Buffalo-Classic-USB-Gamepad-PC/dp/B002B9XB0E

The problem is, there is not enough button on my snes controller to map Rewind. Is there a way to map two buttons at the same time? I would like to use L+R for rewind.

If you map the ‘hotkey enable’ button somewhere (people frequently use ‘select’), it makes RetroArch only listen for hotkeys when that enabler is pressed first. So, you could map ‘hotkey enable’ to L and then rewind to R and when you hold L, R rewinds but does its regular ‘R’ duty when L isn’t held.
