Is there a way to remove shaders when capturing footage?

Hi! So i like to play games in retroarch with shaders but when capturing footage in OBS shaders don’t look as good and so I was wondering if there’s a way to capture just raw video for the stream? Thanks!

Sort of / not exactly. OBS captures what’s on your screen, so you can’t both have it on your screen with shaders and not with shaders, if that makes sense. However, you can disable GPU recording and stream the native-res video through RetroArch’s own less-flexible-and-easy-than-OBS recording/streaming functionality.
