Lag and no audio

I have my Hyperspin setup on our server so that we can play from any PC in the house. We just got a new NUC that we’ve been testing out and have ran into a few issues. We first tested with Genesis. Games were incredibly slow and this was fixed by turning off vsync. We then we tried PS1 and the games were just as slow on Beetle HW. When I turned vsync off the games were incredibly fast.

Lastly, we tried Sega CD. There is no audio. I realized that I never installed DirectX on the new PC and after doing so and restarting, there is still no audio.

I got this sorted by installing the correct xaudio version of DX. I am still getting an issue with Sega CD having glitchy audio and slow gameplay. I recall having this issue before and turning on vsync solved it. That is not the case this time.
