Hello Is anyone else having problems with the Mame 2010 core? I have a lot of games that all of the sudden doesn’t work anymore, after I updated the core and the retroarch app.
mame and fba romsets are usually tied to the specific versions of the cores, so if xxx game worked in mame-xxx, then upgrading to mame-yyy will make xxx-game not working anymore. need to get new yyy version of that game.
Thanks But it’s from the mame 2010 set (139) I have used the Roms for a long time with mame4droid (2010). But I decided to switch to using Retroarch instead. And it worked while I tested. But after setting it up i upgraded the cores and the APP.
I’m wondering about this too. I posted about various MAME problems with my Shield TV in another thread, but MAME2010 seems especially screwed up to me. On a lot of older games, it just locks up immediately. The same games using the same roms run fine in MAME4Droid.
