MAME lightgun control issues

I’m using an Nvidia Shield TV controller and the Mame 0.197 core.

I got a couple of lightgun (Jurassic Park, Revolution X) where the crosshair is really hard to control. It goes way to fast if trying to aim at my targets with my analog stick.

Does anybody know what i need to remap to make it move smoother?

There are analog sensitivity and deadzone options in settings > input. That’s the first place I would look.
