The problem is that my secondary monitor (4K) shows 1920x1080p as the maximum resolution when my primary monitor (1080p) is on. I tried to specify the monitor in the RetroArch settings, but still no good.
When only the 4K monitor/TV is on, it shows the 4K resolution.
Can anyone help me? I would like to be able to play while still using my 1080p screen to watch YouTube.
Try and set the tv as the primary monitor. Make sure to reboot.

The only problem is that I have to keep changing monitor profiles because I don’t wan’t my taskbar to be at my OLED TV (cause of burn-in), but that’s not a big deal.
You should be able have a taskbar on both and just auto hide it.
You should also be able to drag your taskbar your secondary display. You may need to have the taskbar options open while dragging it.
