Mupen64Plus core not loading roms

I was trying to load N64 roms and I get the following message on the terminal:

X Error of failed request: GLXBadFBConfig Major opcode of failed request: 156 (GLX) Minor opcode of failed request: 34 () Serial number of failed request: 64 Current serial number in output stream: 63

retroarch then crashes. This has happened with multiple roms like star fox, perfect dark, majora’s mask.

Sounds like it’s not able to create the OpengGL context. Which core are you using? Mupen64plus-libretro or ParaLLEl-N64?

Both cores are working on Ubuntu. What Linux distro are you using? 32 or 64-bit?

I was using Mupen64plus-libretro on Ubuntu 14.04 64-bit.
