I’m trying to set up NG. Downloaded Arcade (FB Alpha 2012), Arcade (FB Alpha) and Arcade (MAME); tried putting the BIOS in the ROM dir and the \Retroarch\System dir. Tried three different ROMsets. And all I got after scanning was a single game, some homebrew…
Can anyone help me? I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong…

Do they play when you load them? That is, do they work and the scanning just isn’t picking them up?
Scanning for arcade games can be weird and finicky, and many people resort to using external utilities like playlist buddy to create them. As long as the games work when you load them manually, you might consider this.
Sorry, I should’ve been clearer perhaps; as I said, scanning isn’t picking them up, just a homebrew title among hundreds… Didn’t realise you can load them manually (rather new to RA).
Ah, had no idea about playlist buddy, gonna check it out right away!
