NES BIOS not working

I found and download the disksys.rom and placed it in the system folder using windows network on another machine, I made sure it was all in lower case as well and then rebooted the laptop that has Lakka installed on it, it is not using a flashboot.

I still have the issue of when I go to run an NES game the little flower pops up on the screen, it goes blank and then I am back at the main menu again. I have I missed a step in installing the NES bios?

If you’re using Nestopia, I think you may also need the NstDatabase.xml in your system folder.

Didnt work, added it to the system folder and rebooted the laptop and still the same thing, went to the NES games, picked a couple of them and they all did the same thing, head over to run and the flower pops up for a couple seconds then blank screen back to the menu.
