Nestopia - No sprite limit

Nestopia proper has a feature called “No sprite limit” which I quite enjoy. There’s no way to simply turn on that feature in the RetroArch version without having to compile a separate core is there?

I don’t think so. In fact, I don’t think it’s a compile-time option, so RetroArch would have to expose the option at runtime, which isn’t likely to happen, AFAICT.

We’re going to provide core options later on -we just have to find a way to built in RGUI now for Android so that the user can change it at runtime.
