i was wonder which cores support netplay and what ones work and if android can be connected to windows ip address,as well as pc?
snes9x, FCEUmm, FBA (some drivers; CPS3 and NeoGeo should be fine, at least, dunno about others), I think genplusgx… There may be a few others but they’re not coming to mind at the moment.
Yes, android can connect to PCs (and vice versa, as I recall), but it’s not always powerful enough to handle many “lag frames”, where it has to emulate multiple frames in the timespan of a single frame to catch up in the event of a soft-desync.
