Just wanted to report that the new 4-play is working great as long as the 3.0 auto config are in place. I’m unsure what it takes to get those committed to the repo so that people do not have to download them separately.
The old design.
Had a few cons to it.
- Lag was a bit of an issue for same being its hit up to 16ms for some controllers but runhead fixed that.
- Asthmatics, Yup a lot of folk did not like the look.
- the lack of xinput
These and more were fixed. With the new adapter.
Has Xinput mode switches, power button on the back, does USB 2.0 ( fixed to a 1ms poll rate). Xinput does not support the API, so that limits the abilities. I’d not suggest that, but in HID mode it uses the same USB ID, so it works with existing setups. And all the original cables.
