Have noticed that the Buildbot has started building nightly Linux build which is great. I was under the impression that these nightly cores would work on the RaspberryPi running RetroPie but they dont appear to work. Any chance of getting nightly core builds that will work with RetroPie?
The buildbot cores will work with openelec on x86 but not ARM.
Is there an plans to incorporate ARM builds?
Regarding openelec, i have noticed that there is no actual program in the Linux nightlys just the cores??
Yeah, the cores are being built with their own static libc implementations that let them work in any distro. RetroArch itself has way more dependencies and needs to be packaged for each individual distro.
Dunno if radius is planning to do any ARM cross-compiles or not.
Ah ok, guess ill have to wait on Lordashram to start compiling RA for OpenElec again
