I know this sounds strange, but a lot of the huge swaths of blue backgrounds have stationary light spots everywhere. I’ve noticed this in any Citra pc build, and any Citra core for retroarch. I have the core running at 3x resolution and it looks fantastic and plays great, but the dirty blue bg’s are driving me crazy, such an eyesore.
Am I the only one that is experiencing this, or is this something to do with Citra itself?
