hi i need help with Nintendo smu-1 can i run that system in retroarch how do i do

If you mean MSU-1, it’s a special chip addition for SNES games. I believe snes9x-current, the bsnes cores and mesen-s can all run them. Most of the time, just load the sfc file from the bundle.

i download all snes cores and i when i scan the game files nothing happen ? hmm strange mabe there are bios missing i need help with that thanks

They won’t scan because they’re romhacks and therefore won’t exist in our databases, though they should work with the manual scan. You should be able to load them with ‘load content’ either way.
