No buttons respond on Mame/NeoGeo/Final Burn

On my NVidia Shield TV Pro all games as Ps1, psp, n64 etc…run well with my joypad (8Bitdo Controller Bluetooth Pro 2) and also on menu of retroarch but with game as Mame, Neogeo FinalBurn are ok with control but any buttons respond ???

Pls what is wrong ? Thank Hispa

P.S. until yesterday everything was working normally… i only update core, assets etc…

It’s as if something was ruined in the cfg of the 8Bitdo Bluetooth Controller Pro 2 but being on Android I can’t see the /data/user/0 folder where I think the config files are… PLS someone advese me I also try to unistall Retroarch and reinstall but not solve
