On my main computer running a geforce 8800gt it works fine, but on my media pc with a gma 4500 does not work. When i open retroarch i get a white box and says no cores. What can it be? Both computers have 64bit windows 7 and same retroarch and cores. Why does one say no cores?

Most likely your GL driver sucks, try changing video driver to d3d/d3d9/sdl2
How do i change the video driver?
I figured out how to change the driver but it does not work. Intel graphics suck so i will get a nvidia card.
