Hey there!
Just installed RetroArch in my Wii and my ass is sort of being handled to me. I’ve searched for a readme.txt to no avail.
Could someone point me to a FAQ or anything like it for first users? Even a simple “You should put ROMs in this directory instead of choosing ‘Load Content (Detect Core)’ all the time” would help me a LOT.
I’m really sorry for the trouble, but I tried my best and it wasn’t enough. 
It doesn’t really matter where you put your ROMs, just make sure you set that as your browser path in the path settings. Using core-detection every time is fine, though. Button remapping has to be done through the cfg file in the last stable release, IIRC, but you can remap them through the in-game menu in the upcoming release.

At this exactly moment I’m trying to remap buttons in PrDoom. I can’t find the default button for weapon change, for example. So if I try to remap through the cfg will I be able to find which button does what?
Edit: Well, I got it by trial and error.
