When running retroarch.exe, version 1.3.6 in Windows 10, first I get an error that d3dx9_43.dll is missing, then Norton AV detects that libintl-8.dll is infected, and it quarantines it. Anyone else encounter this problem? I tried other versions and get similar results…
And again FYI, just in case someone else brings up the topic again at some point, here is how Norton flagged it.
