Does the online core updater point to just stable cores or nightly builds.
I don’t have root access on my shield TV so can’t access the cores folder.
If I wanted to put a nightly core in the cores folder could I change the online updater url or something similar as a work round?
The updater points to nightly cores.
You can change your core directory to whatever you like but I don’t think Android likes to load dynamic libraries from external storage, so you need to keep it internal.
