Is it possible to change the controller overlay to be a bit custom transparent?if so, how? Is it possible to change the positions of the buttons controller layout? to custom positions? e.g.-maybe lower the space invader icon from top of ghe screen? 
For transparency use Overlay Opacity option.
You can change the positions of buttons by modifying the cfg file for that overlay. It’s not exactly trivial, but you can figure it out.
