I have been playing emulators for a while now and before I used Retroarch, i used other Emulators like John and Myboy. Now, I tested the other emulators however the only one i have problems with is the PCSX emulator. I understand that i have to have the bios file downloaded. I have already gone through that phase. However since I have absolutely no idea what I am doing, I can not start the rom. Please help?
First, I think you’ll have to remove your link. It’s against the rules. To be able to play PSX games you have to :
- Put the bios file and the .bin file in the same folder. If your game file is a .ecm file, then you’ll have to “un-ecm” it.
- Launch the game using the PSX reARMed core, find the folder where you game is located and select the “.bin” file
so since its a 7z file, how do i change it to .bin?
I notice that I would need a computer to use that program. Is there an app that would allow me to do this straight from my phone? Or would I need to use the computer program?

You could also download “ES file manager 3” Very useful tool. It has the un-zip feature (and file manager). I forgot ot but the site you mentionned never has .ecm files. It’s just ready to play “bin” files.( I don’t know what is the utility of a .cue file). I hope we’ve helped you
