Excited to play my backup of Pier Solar as my Genesis/Sega CD has seen better days. I was able to get the ROM to load in Retroach PS3 (latest Pete_UK build) but wondering if it’s possible to have the CD soundtrack implemented as well?

I think it’s supported in Genesis Plus GX on the Wii. It involves picking the Mega-Drive ROM first, and then picking the CD image after that, or something to that effect, I believe. I don’t know if there is currently any way to do that with the Genesis Plus GX core on RetroArch however.
