Play eboot files on PPSSPP

I wanted to know if I can use eboot files with the PPSSPP emulator on Retroarch. By placing them in a folder with the name of the game or even decrypting them and then converting them to iso, if I try to play them, it seems impossible load game… I have try to decrypt and axtract file .bin and .cue or iso and PBP…and convert in iso but nothing Is possible and if yes in which way ?

Decrypted ones should work, AFAIK. I know ones that are made from bin/cue pairs using the PBP-creation software should work.

Thank i find this popstation-gui-1.7.2 …but sincerly i dont know this program and the procedure to covert or change Eboot to play on Retroarch
