I’ve had nothing but headaches trying to get PPSSPP to work over the last few years. So, when I did a fresh install of RetroArch last night - I thought I’d take a crack at it once more and it’s just nothing but problems…
Setup:
- Windows 10
- Latest Nightly as of last night (3/6/18)
- Latest PPSSPP core
- Games in .cso format
With the following BIOS setup:
- …/system/PPSSPP/assets
- …/system/PPSSPP/flash0
- …/system/PPSSPP/lang
- …/system/PPSSPP/ppge_atlas.zim
Result:
I can load the core into RetroArch just fine, but loading a game causes an immediate crash. Previously I was able to get games to load, like Tekken 5, but as soon as I got into gameplay it was a horrid jumble of colorful graphics that froze so bad I had to restart my computer.
I can’t even get that far now though - Does anyone have this core working?
