I thought the PPSSPP was going to be in the next version of RetroArch?/

It is, AFAIK. Beta builds of the next release should be coming soon, with the proper release happening soon after that.

Until the official betas are released, you can see if lordashram’s builds include it (I think they do, actually): viewtopic.php?f=25&t=993#p8886
