Please try mingw-32. If passes, seh at fault? But gcc not playing nice with some machines either way. ^.o

This build works but there’s something weird about the SFX, try Boxing, some sounds are missing, actually, there’s only one kind of sound here, the hitting SFX is the same as the block sound.
More x64 test builds (since Wii port is done)
Same here. New beta version of Stella crashes when running the rom. Works on 2014 though. 64bit windows 8.1 with on board GC
