Hi, I can’t seem to get the Mupen 64 core to upscale. I’m not the only one with this problem I noticed ETA prime mentioned it in this video (03:10)
Can Anyone advise?

If you’re using the angrylion RDP plugin, it can’t upscale. I can’t really tell anything from the video since they don’t show any of the actual settings.
If you’re using the d3d10/11/12 video drivers, it will switch the RDP plugin to angrylion in the background.
the default “gl” video driver along with glcore will use the GLideN64 plugin (which can upscale), and vulkan will use the ParaLLEl-RDP plugin, which can also do it.

Thanks that cleared up a lot. ParaLLEL-RDP is very slow on my machine (Intel IRIS Plus 665) so I switched to glcore and GLideN64 and used 4:3 Resolution rather than Native Resolution Factor to upscale. It all works fine now.
Where can I pass on the suggestion to get this added to the descriptions of the plugins in Retroarch?
