second, i downloaded all from this site
third, when i click on retroarch.exe, it said pthread_cond_timedwait_relative_np is not found. it is a dll file? i can’t find anywhere via Google it’s why
Go here and download the ‘redist’ package that matches your RetroArch build (i.e., 64-bit for 64-bit, etc.): http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/windows/ And then drop all of those DLLs into your RetroArch folder, overwriting any that are already in there.
turn out this Retroarch don’t support Game Genie for Sega Genesis so i give up sorry
