Anyone else having a problem using online updater? It downloads the various updates but very very slowly. Also On-Demand Thumbnail Downloads causes retroarch to crash when it’s on now. No doubt due to the very slow connection to the server currently It crashes when I scroll quickly through the Roms when On-Demand Thumbnails are switched on but doesn’t crash if I do the same with it switched off
Something’s definitely wrong with the thumbnails. It’s apparently related to cloudflare. I had heard of a guy in Germany having problems with the online updater, but he resolved it by using a VPN to Austria, so there may be weird region-specific issues happening.
Yeah the Thumbnails aren’t downloading at all. The other updates do but they take ages
Ok, the rest of the updates seem to be back up to normal speed however the problem with the Thumbnails persists. I’ve had to disable the On-Demand Thumbnail option or retroarch crashs when I scroll through the games
