Problems with downloading cores

I recently downloaded Retroarch (1.9.9) and im trying to download some cores (VB), i follow the instructions on the website, but after that there are no cores available!

I checked my internet connection and it´s fine (main proof is that i downloaded retroarch and this topic being online) here are some images

i don´t know what to do and i will be thankful for any help

The online updater is down temporarily. It should be back tomorrow. In the meantime you can download stuff via browser from buildbot.libretro.com
