Problems with video shaders on Retroarch 1.3

Hi! I have installed retroarch 1.3 but the roms (I only have installed mame/fba and Turbografx 16) works very slow putting the shaders. However, without aplying the shaders, roms work well. Using retroarch 1.2 I don’t have that problem.
