Program can't start because d3dx9_43.dll is missing

Hi I keep getting this error when I run the retroarch.exe file:

The program can’t start because d3dx9_43.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

Anyone have any idea ho to fix this? Thanks.

System:

windows 7 ultimate x64 sp1 intel core 2 duo T6600 2.20ghz 4gb ram

Install the latest “full” Retroarch version somewhere on your pc, and move the dll files from there to your real Retroarch folder. This worked for me.
